Every Olympic year, Bell—Canada’s largest telco—invites its partners to join them in the host city as they cheer on Team Canada. With the 2024 Games in Paris, a city renowned for art, culture, and food, we set the tone through a tasting of the French capital’s most iconic confection: the macaron.

Five macarons were developed exclusively for the invite, pairing the Olympic ring colours with a distinctly French flavour profile. When arranged together, the five macarons formed the Olympic rings. From Brie de Meaux for the blue ring to French 75 for yellow, the result offered a window into the Paris Games and the city’s rich culinary culture and savoir-faire.
